DIGITAL TRAFFIX EMAIL CAMPAIGN
CREATIVE GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURE

  1. Text version of the campaign - should be in an ASCII text format (.txt).
  2. HTML version of the campaign - should be in a HTML format *.html or *.htm. (we do not accept HTML files created in MS-Word)
  3. If the HTML has an image in it, then all images must be in the email with the text & HTML files.
  4. Creative need to be received 48hrs before assigned deployment date. If we do not receive creative within 48 hrs of deployment date, it could change the deployment date to next available slot.
  5. Test will be sent 24hrs before deployment date.
  6. Approval needs to be received within 24hrs.

Copy Approval

Advertiser must deliver to Digital Traffix, (“Digital Traffix”) the content of the advertisement Advertiser is contracting Digital Traffix to broadcast (the “Copy”) no less than three (3) days prior to the desired email broadcast date. All Copy shall be subject to Digital Traffix approval. Digital Traffix reserves the right to reject any Copy that advertises or promotes any product or service involving illegal activity, illegal products, illegal product paraphernalia, sexual paraphernalia, adult films or other media, gambling, weapons, illicit activities, chain letters, pyramid fund raising, or similar types of material. By reserving this right, Digital Traffix shall not be legally obligated for any failure to advise
